Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Sydney Luxury Cruise does not offer Cancellations on Booked Experiences and Gift Cards.

We do have a very flexible rescheduling policy, and this experience can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before its starting time.

In the event the weather on the day of your experience is deemed unfit by the operator, you will be given the option to reschedule your experience free of charge for another time, or you may request for the total amount to be transferred onto a SLC Gift Voucher.

SLC Gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date of issue. Sydney Luxury Cruise does not offer cancellations and/or refunds on issued Gift Vouchers. Sydney Luxury Cruise does not provide refunds on Experiences that have been cancelled or rescheduled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances unless you can prove you are visiting from overseas.
