Cancellation Policy

Sydney Luxury Cruise does not offer Cancellations on Booked Experiences and Gift Cards.

In the event the weather on the day of your experience is deemed unfit by the operator you will be given the option to reschedule your experience free of charge for another time, or you may request for the full amount to be transferred onto a SLC Gift Voucher. SLC Gift vouchers are valid for three years from date of issue. Sydney Luxury Cruise do not offer cancellations and/or refunds on issued Gift Vouchers. Sydney Luxury Cruise does not offer refunds on Experiences that have been cancelled or rescheduled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances unless you can prove you are visiting from overseas.
